Shipping policy

Meals will be shipped from our warehouse and delivered via courier to your door, you will receive tracking information prior to delivery windows and meals will be delivered chilled in temperature controlled environments in thermal lined cartons packed with gel icepacks,

Upon delivery it is the customers responsibility to refrigerate and store fresh meals and produce accordingly and Muscle Meals Direct will not take responsibility for customers mishandling post delivery.
